In order to enhance the inmates' leisure and entertainment activities, improve their self-cultivation and team tacit understanding, the prison held a cultural and recreational activity "Chess Competition" for inmates on July 18, 2015. This activity was divided into a general group and a senior group, with a total of 38 inmates participating. "Life is like chess", this activity uses chess as a medium to combine education with entertainment, and hone concentration and thinking ability through chess games. It is hoped that the inmates can calm down and face challenges in their daily lives, and prepare for their return to society in the future. After fierce competition, the first, second, and third place in the group group were the pottery class, the eleventh worker, and the ninth worker; the first and second place in the senior group were the pottery class Li OO and the seventh worker Liao OO.

The competition was held in a lively atmosphere, with participants planning their strategies and demonstrating high levels of focus and resilience.

On the field, the players were calm and thoughtful, showing good chess style.
